Delivering excellence for our children.....

Our future and our desire is to see our children happy, safe, secure and successful.

We need to learn that 'we reap what we sow'. If we are not prepared or develope the nurturing environment required for our children then our future as a nation is very bleak. To ensure that we produce successful generations who cannot only compete, but more importantly lead future glodal populations then we need to radically change our current educational, social, cultural policies and behaviours.

The journey from Education to workforce.

For anyone to succeed they must above all 'want' to succeed. This transends into everything we experience in life, none more so than in education.

  • From 4yrs to 11yrs of age all children must concentrate on the basics. English, Maths, Science, Physical Education and Cultural Studies which includes intensive modules of History, Geography, Art History and Art Practicals. By 11 Years of age every child must acheive a Set Standard grade in English, Maths and Science. If the child does not achieve this grade then there are two options available, they can stay back a year and retake the exams or they can enter a miltary academy or a technicians school. The end result of any child entering any three of the education delivery channels will result in children becoming world leaders in their field. Language schools will be available to children out of core school hours.
  • 11yrs to 14yrs children continue to learn advanced English, Maths, and science. Information Technonlogy is set an integral element within the three Science based subjects.
  • At 14yrs an assessment test is made in the three core subjects.
  • At 14yrs children can choose which core subjects they wish to take based on a careers interview, exam results and national workforce needs.
  • 14yrs - 16yrs children enter intensive core subject learning, with regular visits and information relating to real markets skills requirements.
  • 16yrs -18yrs Advance core subject theory exams are taken including industry acknowledged qualifications. At this stage there is a further intergration of pure academic training delivery from the national schools framework and industry skills training teams.
  • 18yrs - 20yrs pupils with the required qualifications can go to University, funded entirely by the government under a 50/50% joint venture with the private sector. Those who do not aquire the set grade shall be given the option of undergoing *national service or enter straight into an industry apprentership. As stated Universities shall be joint funded by the private sector and will act as both academic and industry training centres of excellence.

The % breakdown of children attending the three educational delivery channels at 11yrs would be based as follows:

10% Military Academies

80% Academic National Schools Framework

10% Technical Academies

We cannot waste any childs potential or worth. This framework would ensure that we meet our childrens and nations needs in producing the very best skilled workforce in the world. We shall no longer need to entice foreign skilled workers to our shores and shall be able to tactically plan and place the right people in sufficeint numbers to meet our economic 'people requirements'.

* National Service is compulsory, serving for 2 yrs and must be taken between 18yrs and 25 yrs of age, both male and females shall be required to serve.
