Britain needs Discipline. There will be no more disorder from the youth, they shall learn discipline right form the outset. If our current parents are incapable of instilling discipline and respect then the state shall take the lead. Youths of 14yrs and over who offend repeatedly shall be placed into military academies, they will be trained and given the opportunity to join the British Army after a period of 2 years. Those who do not show improvement and refuse to join the army, shall be introduced into labour camps until their punishment and debt to society has been repaid.

Political correctness shall cease to be. The police, teachers, and prison officers will no longer need to tread so warily to do their job.

All current prisoners shall be assessed, the most serious threats to society shall be put to death immediately by firing squad and without further trial. Further more these executions shall be televised to act as a warning to those who do not adhere, nor wish to lead useful and lawful lives.

In order to reverse our current yob culture, drug users and organised crime, then maximum powers and a zero tolerence shall be exercised my the Police. Any drug related crime no matter how big or small shall be dealt with swiftly. Drug dealers shall face the death panalty, drug users shall be sent to rehabilitation centers on the first offence. Any reoffending shall mean immediate imprisonment into a labour camp.

Most crime caused by our youth is caused due to a lack of opportunity, hope or simply boredom. To tackle the root cause and stop our kids getting into trouble then we shall set up youth schemes and ensure there are constructive channels and incentives for our chilsren to follow lawful, productive and happy lives. It is actually cheaper to provide centers and opportunity than it is to tackle the downstream results of failing to meet our youths needs.

As a result, our streets shall be safer. As stated earlier, convicted peodophiles, murderers and other dangerous criminals shall be put to death. The mentally ill who pose a threat to the public shall also be put to death. Curfews will be placed on anyone aged under the age of 16 unaccompanied by an adult. If found they shall be questioned and returned to their homes by police. Persistant individuals breaking this curfew shall be placed into the nearest military academy.

More police patrols. We shall keep professional law inforcement, but supporting the core professionals we shall have volunteers joining polce in patrols to swell their numbers. Any disorder will be met with swift and immediate punishment and detainment. The volunters will make up 3:1 increase in police physical present on street patrols. Citizens involvement shall be rewarded in preferential tax allowances and cheap housing in central urban areas. Good citizens will be rewarded through respect, financial, and homeliving incentives - it shall pay to be a good citizen.

The combination of providing structured activities for our youth and an increase in the national number of police on the streets shall make our society safer and more respectful.

There will be 0% unemployment. Paid work of some kind shall be found for all - this shall primarily involve infrastrutural improvement programmes, Military Service shall also be a channel for the unemployed. If our country is to be the best in the world, then we cannot afford any idle hands. Those who are fit and refuse to work shall not be entitled to any benefits. The state shall no longer tolerate idleness. Employers shall wherever possible only employ British citizens. With the improvement of business partnership led schools, employers will get the workforce they require to be the best, cutting edge and commercially dominant.

There will be no upper age limit when you have to give up work, as long as you are physically fit, then you can and shall be activeley encouraged to remain in employment. The elderly's skills, experience and knowledge will be shared and respected.

Free retraining shall be provided for those unemployed who seek and can show commitment to upgrading their skills gaps. Those who show drive and determination to better themselves shall be nurtured to achieve such goals. Whilst they are in a government work scheme, learning resources shall be made available to them, including grants to take part in degree courses through the open university.

Job types will change dramically, volumes of workers in low paid tertiary sectors shall fall, whilst increases in manufacturing, specifically in science, construction, and engineering shall increase.

No quotas or preferencial treatment shall be imposed on employing people from ethnic minorities.

The key to a cohesive and successful society is work. Everyone shall be expected to work hard and in doing so peoples self respect and expectations can be realised. It is a healthy, well educated, flexible workforce which shall be forged to help us deliver a world beating economy.

We already have one of the finest military forces in the world. Huge investment shall be thrust into expanding the armed forces into a larger, increasingly mobile and technically advanced fighting machine. Imperialism can only exist through the enforcement and retention of power over others regions. In order to achieve this the budget shall be increased by five times its present spend. This investment shall be value driven. All research and development, as well as manufacture shall be produced within Britain. This investment in itself shall provide a breedng ground for new technology, design and engineering excellence and thus from' military application' so our emerging manufacturing and design industies shall become cutting edge.

Resource production and administrative roles will be filled by British Military support staff.

Our conventional military capabilities shall still be backup by a large mobile nuclear fleet.

Space weaponisation and exploratory programmes shall be given the required funding to ensure the UK is at the forefront of the new frontier. It is critical that the UK develops an orbital weapons system. Although this shall initially be very expensive, it shall create a new high tech industry which we can exploit long term economically, as well as delivering us an immensley powerful political and military advantage over our competitors.

Never again shall we send our forces into battle ill equipped and undermaned. Military actions shall be swift with the use of the best C3I systems, and an over zelous use of heavy ordanance to ensure our troops are put in as minimal a risk as possible in future conflicts.

The very best free health care shall be offered to those most at need. Free health care shall be denied to people who smoke, or who's life style has promoted their condition through irresponsibility, i.e through prolonged excessive eating and drinking. Everyone shall be expected to exersise and keep their body healthy, those who sit idle and do not partake in regular excercise have no respect for life nor themselves and so shall not be assisted in prolonging their lives when their own irresponsibility has driven them to llness.

In the main the National Health Service shall provide the very best health care in existence for the hard working citizens of our nation to prolong their lives and ensure a continued quality of life which benefits the individual and the state.

The very old, the terminally ill and the uneconomically recoverable individuals shall not be given medication by the health service. There is no point in keeping an individual alive just for the mere sake of fear of taking good judgement and wasting resources which could otherwise be chanelled in curing the practicaly curable and useful.

The mentally disabled and handicaped shall be accessed and if there are no means of future financial independence and or productivity, then they shall have to be cared for individually without out state benefits or put to death should there be no means for private care.

The physically disabled shall be given every opportunity to lead equal and productive lives. Housing grants, transportation and workplace access grants shall continue to be made available to accomodate these citizens to lead useful and fulfilling lives.

Euthanasia shall be leglised, approved, and in some cases carried out by the state. Assessments of the terminally ill or elderly shall be carried out to study their current and expected quality of life. If the individuals quality of life fall below set medical, social and cost criteria, then the individual shall be put to death in a painless and dignified manner. People should not have to live in pain, poverty or in a demeaning way. If fear or religious conviction stops people, or their families in taking this final and dignified solution, then the state shall take action and release the individual from their pointless, degrading, costly and or painful existence. To put it simply, no one should have to live if they no longer have the will, desire or ability to do so.

Universities will work closely with Government Ministries, to provide the real skills necessary for useful employment. Particular emphasis shall be thrown on the three R's, Science, and IT skills. Sport and physical exercise shall play an integeral role as well as the provision of healthy free school meals.

I want eductional output to be far more meaningful to meeting the required expectations of employers. To achieve this, from secondary school onwards there shall be far more interaction and review between business and schools. Our school leavers must be fit for purpose to not only meet, but be market leaders in terms of a skilled and qualified workforce.

Premium University scholarships will be awarded to British Citizens wishing to enter careers using Mathematics, Sciences, Engineering and IT degrees. Lesser or part funding and scholarships shall be made available for none core subjects.

We shall embed education and the benefits of investing time in study at an early age. Indeed it is the reality and fear of competition which shall pose increasingly effective reasons for our youth to value working hard at school, to obtain the best qualifications. One very necessary output from raising the standards of our national ciriculum and the importance of euication in society, is that we shall once again be able to fill all Doctor, Dentist, IT Developer and Teacher posts from our indiginous population.

Discipline is key to maintaining a productive learning environment and to instill in children the importance of rules and bounderies that must never be crossed. Severe punishment shall be enforced on unruly children. The most disruptive shall be taken out of school and either placed into useful employment early or in a military academy.

No schoolchild shall feel a failure or be bullied, any bullying or indignity shown to their peers and especially their teachers shall result in expulsion and fielding them into early employment or military academies. Any drug dealing or weapon carrying shall result in immediate expulsion and entry into a military academy.

After sixth form education all young people can enter 2 years military service. The 2 year military service must be completed by the age of 25.

At 21, degree's shall be available to study on a part-time basis whilst serving in the military.

The planet is being choked year on year by carbon emmisions and as a result global warming and dangerous climate change is shortening our pleasant stay on this Earth. Perhaps global warming is now too far advanced to retract, however we can at least try to slow down the process to give us and future generations time to progress our, developement sufficiently to enable further settlements outside our own planet and thus easing the strain on Earth. We can and must progress without destroying our beautiful Planet. An accompanyment of technology, education and economic co-operation must be used to sustain developement without furthering the destruction of the Earths habitats.

Natural oxgenating and heat prevention processes which the Earth uses currently, such as the rain forests, should be kept at all cost. The earth ecosystem will fight back if mankind exploits its natural resources any further. Underdeveloped societies who produce highly pollutive methods of energy production or destroy natural resources for cheap economic gain, shall be forced to change. Refusal to incorporate clean fuel technologies as part of a global treaty (Kyoto) must result in a cessation of trade, followed by military intervention and government take over if required. The environment is too presious to allow any mismanagement.

India and China wish to raise their people's standard of living, this we understand, however they must abide by the same green technology targets as eveyone else. Help shall be provided, but carbon emmission quotas must not be exceeded. We expect the UK to work with failing governments to deploy best practices to ensure they meet their targets by developing clean energy production facilities. Our expertise shall be recognised and our services exported globally, but we must of course ensure that we set an example to the world as the first signifciant country, to become carbon neutral.

Everything that can be, must be recyclable. All new forms of transport, appliancies, and housing must meet new energy efficiency standards.

Wave, wind, hydro and geothermal technology must be exploited to producing energy on an increasing scale, to fill the gap on traditional energy producing processes.

Nuclear technology is a strategic and enviornmental risk. However these must be maintained until renewable carbon friendly technologies scale up to meet demand.

Every nation must sign up to a new global emissions reduction treaty. The non committal to the' kyoto agreement' shows how individual national interests, based on nothing more than greed are undermining the most important global policy decisions. Any nation who do not comply to environmentally responsible developement must face severe sanctions.

Energy is no longer cheap and supplies are increasing less secure. Britain must firstly secure it's own strategic energy supplies. Intense exploration of the UK's current territories must find new oil and gas fields.

Twenty percent of energy needs must be met by renewable sources, wind turbines, wave farms, geothermal and hydro-electric.

Nuclear power stations must only be used as a last resort.

Huge investment will be given to research and development units to create new cleaner, and effiecient energy sources. Having energy reserves will give this nation a huge economic advantage and is stategically imperative from the outset.

If shortfalls do occur then we may have to acquire energy reserves from other nations. We shall not let ouselves be held ransom by Russia, the Middle East or South America, if energy supplies are disrupted then we shall intervene and resume supply ourselves.

Britain uses 5,475 Billion litres of water per year. To meet our supply needs in the future we shall upgrade the distribution network and make sure that water is no longer lost through leaks. New water collection and purification facilities shall be built.

Demand for water must be managed more efficiently. Household appliances must meet higher water efficiency standards. We are committed to ensure that the national reservoir network programme is completed, to guarantee that no one suffers a water shortage during the summer months.

The age of carbon emmitting cars , trains and buses are at an end. The worlds civilian car and aviation manufacturers must sign up to a treatry to produce clean air emmitting transport. Conventional carbon emmitting cars shall stop being produced by 2015. By ceasing the production of petrol consuming transport we shall be able to reduce carbon emmisions by 10%. There is no need to produce cars which are capable of breaking speed limits. Clean energy driven car technology is already advanced enough to produce cars which can sustain long distances without recharging as well as delivering safe accelerating performance. Deaths on the road shall also be reduced.

Imperialism creates markets and drives demand for the instigator. Our aim is to becoming the worlds largest economy by 2030. This shall be achieved by creating new markets for Hi tech -hi worth goods and services, as well as expanding our already successful financial services industry.

These key strategic industries shall forge our, highly skilled and highly paid domestic workforce who's services and goods shall be exported around the world.

CREATING A SOUND BASE.

The first step is to eliminate waste in our current domestic market by ending the infrastrucure which supports it. To do this we need to end unemployment benefit, review sickness and incapacity assessment and tighten our benefits fraud operations.

There shall be no housing benefit except for strategic government keyworkers, such as police, nurses and civil servants.

These measures shall save the government tens of billions of pounds, that are currently being wasted on societies wasters.

Large public sector departments shall be restructured and streamlined, tens of thousands of jobs can be transferred from welfare, into direct working programmes and training roles.

We aim to invest heavily in our future generation. Research and development shall be given huge investment in both military and civilian programmes.

In conjuntion to eliminating waste we shall create new inovative demand on a global scale, we want our best intelectual assets to be developed, mass produced and exported from our shores. The state shall create the infrastructure and funding to make this happen on an unpresidented scale.

The British economy shall move from a service driven provider to Hi - technology and manufacturing inovator. Financial services and intectual property shall form a core wealth generating channel for the economy. Huge investments shall be made in our Universities. Sponsorship shall be sought from Britsh Industry and real partnerships and placements formed by the second year of degree study, so that the relevant skills and real time industry requirements are met by the students and the Universities delivering this training. The output from this investment shall be realised when we have the worlds most advanced and successful, arms manufacturing, Boitechnology, chemical, electrnonics, IT, aerospace, engineering,clean energy production, space programme development, and construction industries in the world. Moving towards delivering these excellence programmes shall happen within ten years of the party coming into power. At this point we shall use this output as leverage alongside stategic planning to become a world superpower.

Britain will no longer give sanctuary to political imigrants or be a haven for economic migrants. All Jobs where ever possible shall be given to British Citizen's. A point system shall be introduced for work visa's to be issued. We aim to stem the flow of foreign nationals entering our land. Terrorism and crime has increased since the influx of immigrants has blited this country , this must be stemmed and reversed.

No welfare support shall be given to foriegn nationals.

Any immigrant found committing a crime awaiting to be processed shall be deported immediately.

If immigrants wish to obtain British citizenship then they will accept the imperialist rules.

Isalamic entreemist shall be hunted down and extracted from our communities. Anyone found teaching islamic extremism or anti British imperialist values shall be arrested and removed from the country as an absolute minimal penalty. Actual acts of terrorism shall result in excecution.

Whilst our average native propogation rate is less than 2 children per household, the immigrant are procreating at a far higher rate, this must also be addressed. We must promote the family unit and support our indiginous population in bringing up their families.

Britain should urgently review its EU membership, and the real net benefits it brings.

An appreciation of the classics should be impessed upon the youth during their education. Everyone should be aware of Shakespear, Mozart, and Da Vinci. As with art and science, of the renaisance, we too in Britain shall spawn a new wave in art, design and technology. Excellence and beauty in everything we do shall inspire the population in Britain and the world. All school children shall have a grounding in the classics, who's teaching's still have relevance today. Gang culture music, shall no longer receive airplay, its not cool to want to be a gangster or drug dealer , the message shall be forced into the youths mindset that this will result in death at a young age.

Instead - The glamour and the glory is in sport. Following on from the infrastructure of the 2012 Olympics we shall increase investment in promoting health and well being throughout the entire population. Further academies, especially in poorer communities shall be built to channel the youth into safe, sporting activities. To reflect Britains newfound desire for excellence in technology, industry and expansionism, we expect our sporting prescence on the world stage to match our elevated expectations. We shall be dominant in sport, through investment and the greatest sportng facilities in the world. Our raw Angol Saxon talent shall be developed into large teams, of world class athletes in every field.

It is no longer good enough or acceptable for Bitish athletes to merely take part. We need to be going into the Olympics, and World cup events with a very real chance of winning them. We are out to win, second is nowhere.

Our most elite sports men and women shall be exempt from military service.

No state foreign aid shall be released. Charity and humanitarian aid is still needed within our own borders, charity begins at home. Most poverty, drought and starvation occurs due to corrupt incompetent government. In order to fully exploit foriegn aid and assist the poverty aid stricken people's of Africa, real regime change needs to take place before positive change can happen.

Foreign poilicy shall be backed by military might. Alliances can be forged with those states who accept terms and conditions with our government (strong alliances are expected to be maintained with America, Canada, Australia, New Zeland, as well as commonwealth and other European Countries). There are also other leaders through out the world who would embrace our puritanic policies. Greed, a lack of family values and the repulsion of pur materialism is becoming a more popular view around the world. Values and ideals which started with the end of the second world war and have slowly deepened and become more degenerate are now dispised by many people.

A two way process of sharing information to tackle organised crime and terrorism shall exist with us and the international community, this is important and must continue to happen.

Britain is a 'Christian' nation, and the Church of England has communicated fair and decent values serving our people for well over 400 years. The church has a strong and useful role to provide to society and should be promoted. Ethnic minorities shall not be tought their religion in our schools. There religious beliefs shall be respected but no special treatment shall be provided.

Chistianity should play a lead role in our lives. This ancient moral guidance should be adhered to and we should all aspire to follow it's code. To be selfless, putting others care before your own is to be commended in society, more than wishing to have mere material wealth. Materialism alone means nothing and brings no happiness. We shall bring an end to worshiping material posessions and instead focus on working together to accellerate our technology, industry, military and space exploration endevours.

A puritan style of christanity should be set as the benchmark of behaving and sustaning the morals attitudes to take our nations aspirations forward.

Everyone shall be employed in some capacity, therfore we shall eradicate poverty from our great nation. Wealth shall be dispersed more equally. An honest days work for an honest days pay shall end societies relianace on the state for benefit payments. There shall be certain instances where intervention is temporarily required but in the main, work for all and using the family unit to sustain one another shall be required if we are to minimise the expenditure in welfare.

The Imperialist agenda shall promote and bring support back to the two parent family. Discipline must be and is expected to be instilled in every child by their parents before they start school. It is not the teacher's or a military instructors sole job to provide discipline, the core respect and values expected from our youth must be taught by their parents in the first instance. Any parent failing in this basic duty runs the risk of ultimately having their child taken and brought up by the state. The onus is now on the parent. There shall be no state benefit provided to single mothers. The days of providing council accomodation for young girls who become pregnant shall be put to an end. We wish to reduce the sprawling drug, crime and parasitic council estates that ruin our cities. If you cannot afford your own private or government assisted housing then you will have to live with other family members. There shall be no free housing or council run schemes. This shall force people to become more responsible and work for a living. In addition we hope these measures shall make sure people take marriage more seriously and no longer take part in unprotected sex due to the financial and lifestyle hazards this would bring.

Additional assistance should be given to married couples wanting to start a family, by increasing family allowance substancially. More women should feel it viable to start a family at an earlier age so that we can reverse the worrying demographic timebomb which is upon us. We need a young and strong population to serve our industry and military aspirations.

The long term vision for the Imperial party is to develope a singular and global space agency with the resources which shall speed up the process to identify habitable planets and develope space craft to enable mankind to populate new worlds. This must be the unifiying commitment and vision of all of us - to give our species a realistic chance of survival into the distant future. With a vision of this magnitude we expect the world to join us in our quest, not to do so is irresponsible, short sighted and would be viewed as an rebut to imperialism along with the hopes and aspirations of mankind.

Let us not just implement policies to benefit our generation or the next. instead we must think long term and build the foundations which set in motion the route to explore space, exploit its material wealth, create new colonies and seriously give us the option to defend ourselver from killer asteroid hits and other more homegrown natural disasters. We need to find a viable escape route, and the quicker we do that, the lesses our risk of extinction becomes.
