Leadership is lifting a person's vision to higher sights, the raising of a person's performance to a higher standard. As a nation I shall lead our country to becoming the very best. This start's with having the most highy skilled workforce in the world, to meet our stategic demands and global objectives.

Our party wishes to raise everyone's performance, standards and ideals. To do this we shall focus on constructing a 20 year plan for improving our nations education, economy, and social attitudes.

Leadership is there as an a example, to show a vision and inspire the nation to the right way forward, which yield not only short term but to long term success. Our three priorities are:

Education - Make our children desire knowledge, want to learn by understanding the benefits it brings in all areas of life; truancy, bad behaviour, bullying shall not be tollerated. Longer school hours are required, strong discipline and power given back to teachers. In addition promote well being, junk food shall be banned, sports teams and events shall be promoted more to ecourage wellbeing, teamwork, responsibility, discipline, competetiveness/ a desire to achieve.

Social Attitudes - Reduce and stop welfare benefits where ever possible, do not prolonge an infrastructure which breeds failure. No Benefits shall be provided to young single mothers, no pure council housing shall be provided, shared ownership shall be introduced imediately to existing tennants within working age. If you cannot afford to leave home then you stay at home and save. Only this shall inspire the next generation to act responsibly, enforce family values, and reduce their innane appetite for alchohol, drugs and generally wasting their money and lives. The more young people feel they have the choices and knowledge through good education and a desire to be successful combined with a real fear of doing wrong then we shall be on the right course for turning the tide in social deprivation.

Economy - get education right, a 100% employed skilled workforce, leading the global markets in their field, a tiny % of the population on state benefits, then we have a receipe for huge economic success. Our nation's economy shall be built on excellence, innovation and exploration. The governments role is to provide the infrastructure and support to allow innovation to flourish, develope and help evolve new technologies and intellectual services, which simply outclass the competition.
